Jeff Lamb is a former radio personality in the Toledo area.  He’s originally from Flint, Michigan where he started his radio career with a show called, “Buffalo Dick’s Radio Ranch” which hit the airwaves in Flint in 1980.  After a year on the air at WWCK in Flint, the show won a Billboard award as “Best Locally Produced Radio Show – ALL Markets.”  Buffalo Dick then went nationwide with Westwood One, the nations largest producer of syndicated programing.  The show was on over 100 radio stations around the USA.

Jeff then moved to Toledo, OH to join Mark Benson where they became the, “The Dawnbusters.”  Within a year they were the number one morning show in Toledo on WIOT.  Jeff and Mark left WIOT after a couple of years in and moved across town to WXKR, which was in last place in the market at the time.  After one rating book, they took WXKR from worst to first in Toledo.

Lamb also moved to Peoria, Illinois in 1996 for two years to co-host “The Morning Mix” TV Show. He then returned to Toledo for another run at WXKR with Mark Benson. His final radio show was the morning show at the WOLF WPFX in Toledo.

Retiring in 2020, Jeff got bored and started an internet video show called, “The Man Cave with Jeff Lamb.”  This program features LIVE and LOCAL bands out of his studio in Oregon, OH.

“I’m very proud of the room I’ve set up here. I call it getting by with just enough to pull it off.”
